Laternum (Pokémon Dew)

This is one of the 4 Pokémon I'm designing for our Pokémon role (known as Pokémon Dew).
This is Laternum, a Ghost/Dragon Pokémon type known as the essence that links Latios and Latias, brother and sister, together. The Soul Dew on his chest represents the union of this two.
